ILAP Analytics – Release Notes v2.6.0.0

Overview

This release introduces several enhancements and fixes across the ILAP Analytics API, Web UI, and Background Jobs. The updates improve validation, scheduling reliability, user experience during login, and correctness of timephased data.

Completed Work Items

4020 – Check for Valid IA/IDE Version

Added validation to ensure the IA/IDE version is valid, improving compatibility checks and preventing incorrect setups.

6421 – Report Schedule Archiving Reliability

Fixed an issue where report schedule archiving could fail in Hangfire but still appear as archived in the Web UI. Archiving is now handled more consistently across the system.

7124 – Fail Import Job if IDE Notification Cannot Be Sent

Improved error handling for report schedule imports. The background job will now fail if it is unable to notify IDE about the status, ensuring more accurate feedback and traceability.

7201 – Reduced Repeated Login Toast Notifications

Resolved an issue where users would receive repeated toast notifications when reopening the browser and attempting to log in to the Analytics Web UI.

7369 – Limit Data to Timephasing Service

Updated processing to limit the data sent to the timephasing service, improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary load.

7392 – Correct Timephased totalMinusActualHours When Planned Hours Are Zero

Fixed an issue where totalMinusActualHours timephased values could be incorrect when total planned hours were 0, improving calculation accuracy in edge cases.
