Introduction
After you have created one of more Report Schedules, it is important to monitor them. This mainly revolves around checking the status of the imports into the Report schedules. From the Report Schedules tab, you can monitor your report schedules. Find specific schedules by using the Search bar.

Report Schedule Import Status
Each report schedule has an indication of the import status in the left-most column. This status is based on the latest import(s) for either the live or baseline revision.
Status Indicator | Explanation |
|---|---|
- | No imports yet |
⬤ (Red) | Import failed |
⬤ (Orange) | Import was terminated by a user |
⬤ (Green) | Imports successful |
Additionally, the "Processing" tag appears next to the title if a report schedule has an import currently processing.
Viewing Imports Currently Processing

To view imports that are currently processing, click the Processing label situated next to the title of the report schedule. This opens the Processing Imports modal, where you can see:
The current import in progress, including the upload timestamp.
The status of background jobs (completed, started, or queued), along with relevant timestamps (completion, start, and duration).
Any queued imports, including their upload timestamps.

Terminating the Current Import Processing
To terminate the current import processing, click the blue button in the bottom right, then confirm the termination in the pop-up. If another import is in the queue, it will start automatically once you confirm the termination.
